This article is based on 25 years of experience and 129 patients with Poland Syndrome treated by 3D custom-made implant.
It demonstrates that this technique can achieve high quality aesthetic results (more than 90% of the aesthetic results are considered excellent) and thus respond to the psychological impact of this pathology.
